We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only provide replacement for eligible wrong or defective items.
Electronic products are not covered under this policy.
🔁 Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only if:

You received the wrong item, or

The product is damaged/defective at the time of delivery
Replacement Conditions

Replacement request must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Parcel opening video is mandatory to claim against wrong, damaged, or short product received.

The video must be clear and recorded from the start without cuts or edits.

Order ID and clear product images must be provided.

You may be required to return the product to our warehouse (address will be shared via email).

After receiving and verifying the returned item,

Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

Damage due to misuse

Physical damage caused after delivery

🚚 Replacement Shipping
We cover the full replacement shipping cost.
The replacement item will be sent only to the original delivery address.
