At ShopEomira, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We only provide replacement for eligible wrong or defective items.

Electronic products are not covered under this policy.


🔁 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The product is damaged/defective at the time of delivery

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement request must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory to claim against wrong, damaged, or short product received.

  • The video must be clear and recorded from the start without cuts or edits.

  • Order ID and clear product images must be provided.

If your request is approved:

  • You may be required to return the product to our warehouse (address will be shared via email).

  • After receiving and verifying the returned item,

  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.


❌ Not Covered Under Replacement

Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • No parcel opening video provided

  • Electronic items

  • Damage due to misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Sale items or gift cards


🚚 Replacement Shipping

We cover the full replacement shipping cost.

The replacement item will be sent only to the original delivery address.
